Which website platforms do you build on?

After testing many different website platforms, my favourite is Squarespace. But, I can also build websites on Webflow and Showit.

How do you ensure that the design and/or copy you create aligns with my brand's voice?

Understanding your brand and its unique voice is a top priority for me which is why every single package includes the Moon Whisper aka Brand Strategy.

Before diving into your project (web design and/or copywriting), I’ll ask you to fill out a brand questionnaire which we’ll talk through in detail during a 1:1 strategy call. I'll then conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify how your business stands out in the market.

Both of these become the basis for developing a distinctive brand strategy that will be captured inside a Brand Strategy Book including:

  • Brand goals

  • Brand voice and messaging strategy

  • Brand promise

  • Mission statement, brand story, and core values

  • Client avatars/personas

  • Creative direction

Can you just design a one page website?

While I’m happy to design a single-page website, many online business owners require at least 4 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact) in order to make the most out of their website.

If you believe you only need a one-page website then please do get in touch and we’ll chat more about your website goals. I’ll then create a custom quote that fits your needs.

I’d like to write my own copy, can I still work with you on my website design?

Yes! While I offer a complete package including copywriting, I understand some business owners prefer to write their own website/sales page copy. If this is you, please get in touch and I’ll create a custom package that adapts to your needs. Basically, here’s how it’ll go…

  1. During our consultation chat, we’ll agree on a timeline for your custom web design project.

  2. Save your spot by completing the initial deposit/payment.

  3. We’ll get started with the brand strategy. Once this is completed, I’ll send you your custom Brand Strategy Book along with my Website Copy Guide with prompts, creative direction, and everything you need to write your own website copy.
