Course Strategy

It’s not just about putting together some lessons and calling it a day. There’s so much more that goes behind creating a course and that’s exactly what I will guide you through and cover inside our strategy calls. From market research, to planning your course, to student communication and course delivery, this is an all-in-one package with everything you need to get your course out there! 

Plus, if we decide to test out the very first version of your course, you get access to a strategy to test a live mini version with your ideal students. 

Tech Support

As well as setting up everything that’s needed to deliver the course to your students, you get advice and clarity on the tech you need so you know exactly where you need to spend money, and where you don’t. I walk you through and set up every step to customise the course exactly how you want it, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Regular Support

I love to connect with my clients regularly so we will meet on Zoom every other week and chat about your course strategy, any issues you’re facing and ways to overcome them, or anything in between so you can fully enjoy the process of creating your new course.

I aim to have an open dialogue with my clients where you’re always welcome to bring up your ideas which we can explore together. Plus you get to chat with me in between calls via Voxer so you can bounce lesson ideas off me and share any intuitive hits or anything going on in your life.

How to know if this is a good fit for you:

  • You are clear about who your ideal clients are and how you want to support them inside your new course. (Not 100% clear on your course idea? Don’t worry, join me for a consultation call and we’ll chat about it).

  • You can set aside time to work on creating your course (ideally about 5 hours a week for 3 months). You’re ready to make this happen!

  • You know the value and impact of your work and you’re ready to put it into a course format.

  • 6 x 60-75min strategy calls (bi-weekly for 3 months).

  • Voxer support in between calls (M-F)

  • Steps on how to do market research to understand how to best share and market your course topic so it speaks to your ideal students’ souls

  • A strategy to test a live mini version of your course with your ideal students. This is the perfect way to create content while you have students going through it and giving you live feedback. Plus, you get to see and experience their outcomes before sharing the course publicly.

    • Step 1. Planning your course content creation, including student communication and engagement.

    • Step 2. Platform selection and/or setup and delivery of the live mini-course (including tech, strategy and student support).

    • Step 3. Track students’ progress and outcomes.

    I’d never want you to put yourself under any serious financial strain to work with me, so it’s important to check in with yourself around this before you make a decision.

    In addition to this, I can also create more bespoke packages to suit your personal needs, so get in touch if this is something you would like to discuss!

  • Even if you aren’t clear on your idea, we will work together to figure this out. If you don’t have any content created at all, don’t worry, I’ll give you suggestions and best practices to help you create your lessons.

  • Yes! I have clients all over the world. Even in timezones completely different to the UK like Hawaii. We will make sure we find a call time that works for both of us.

  • Yes, book a call and I’ll create a bespoke package for you.

  • Yes, if you don’t need course strategy guidance and are only looking for help with editing and setting up the behind-the-scenes tech of your course, book a call and I’ll create a bespoke package for you.

  • From my own experience working with course creators, 3 months is enough time to create, test and finalise a course. As long as you have at least 5 hours per week to work on creating your course and you are willing to make it a priority during these 3 months, your course should be ready in this timeframe.

    This package requires a commitment to yourself and the process. Every step will be laid out for you with support and best practices.

    If you require extra support after the 3 months, I’ll be happy to create a bespoke package with the support you need.
